Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes, Burnt Rose Wine Bar opened its doors in 2021 under the vision of owners Chet Thompson and Rose Curry. The name pays homage to Chef and Sommelier Rose Curry, with “Burnt” serving as a whimsical twist—symbolizing the bold, refined, and elevated experience that defines the restaurant’s identity.
Burnt Rose Wine Bar blends sophistication with warmth, offering an upscale yet inviting atmosphere where culinary artistry meets regional pride. Every dish is crafted with locally sourced ingredients, celebrating the bounty of the Finger Lakes while drawing inspiration from global cuisines.
